Take Me Out To The Ballgame!

“The strongest thing that baseball has going for it today are its yesterdays”

I grew up in a sports fan kind of house. My dad loves his sports. Especially the local teams. Dad would listen to and watch professional ball of all kinds. My brothers played sports and I was a cheerleader (literally) and a fan.
Consequently, I was a bit of a driving force for my kids participating in sports. Again, the #1 cheerleader and fan.
On Friday night, the quartet my brother Steve sings in sang at the Angel’s game for “Mormon Church Family Night”.
The family all got tickets so we could be there for the singing and the fun.
my sister Jana and hubby Loren - always up for a fun evening!
My sister Tara in true angels spirit!
My nephew Beau and Girlfriend Christine
Randi and our friends Logan and Thad
Jordan and Breana ready for a fun night at the game.
There was hotdogs and soda, cotton candy , ice cream and nachos. Lots of people watching, and lots of cheering the local team. So here’s to the todays and the yesterdays that this game – “America’s favorite past time” brings.

What a wonderful evening with your family. How fun that your brother got to sing at the stadium. I did not know it was Mormon night or we might have gone. We've been going to our little E.J.s Angel games. Maybe we should try the real thing even though I'm sure that their first baseman isn't nearly as cute.

The only problem with me going to a real Angel's game is I am a jinx. Every time I go to a game they don't win. I stay home out of courtesy to them.

I'm glad that you had a good eve.

That's so fun! I remember going to a game a long long time ago when the quartet was singing, except I think it was a Dodgers game. It was so fun! I wish that we could be there for fun stuff like that.

We live right by the stadium. I love it there. If we buy a home here we are going to start getting seasons tickets. The games are so much fun! Your family is sooooo cute.

I was there too! It is so much fun and they sang really well! I just connected that Tara is your sister. That is quite a gap! But, how fun, I love so many people in your family, including you! PS Those boys with Randi are cute!!

Hey, we were there! We were just sitting down by the field (someone sold their season tickets on ebay! Woohoo for us!) I know the Holmes are related to the Pitts, but its really funny to see pictures of Jana and Tara, who I grew up with in Huntington Beach! The world is so much smaller than we think of.
